Yes. Everyone signs in with a Microsoft work account, and Gaggle and Launchline use your Microsoft directory for people and managers. If some staff don't have Microsoft accounts today, tell us in the demo and we'll talk through options.
There's a one-time setup fee that covers connecting your Microsoft tenant, importing your people, setting up your groups or stages, and training your admins. We quote it with your plan.
Most of setup is your Microsoft admin approving the app and HR sending a people export. After that, your admins can start building trainings or entering projects the same week.
Yes. Each product is sold on its own. Taking both gets a discount on each.
No. Both products were built with a multi-state cannabis operator, so they handle state rules and audit trails well, but any company with frontline training or a product pipeline can use them.
